Perched atop a weathered outcrop in the heart of Bryce Canyon National Park, two crows stand sentinel, their glossy black feathers catching the afternoon light. Behind them, the sprawling expanse of Black Birch Canyon stretches out, its rugged beauty showcasing the forces of nature sculpting the land over millennia. The crows, with their sleek bodies and sharp beaks, exude an aura of quiet authority as they survey their domain.
The canyon's walls rise in intricate layers of crimson, ochre, and sienna, their striated patterns a testament to the ancient geological processes that shaped them. Below, the canyon floor is a patchwork of shadow and light, dotted with twisted juniper trees and resilient shrubs clinging to life in the harsh desert environment.
As the crows gaze out over the landscape, a sense of tranquility envelops them. The stillness of the afternoon is broken only by the occasional rustle of leaves or the distant call of a bird. But then, their peaceful reverie...

Hi, everybody! Toronto-based photographer here, having lived in this city all my life. It's a great place if you like large, busy cities, but I prefer smaller places. Anyway, although my education and work experience has been primarily in math and computer programming and similar subjects, my passions lie elsewhere.
