A path winds its way through lush green grass by the lake in Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Etobicoke (Toronto), Ontario during sunset.
This has become one of my favourite places to go if I'm looking for a quick getaway from condo life, because it's pretty close to home and offers hiking trails and scenery in the city. A former weekend getaway for Victorian Torontonians, it's named after Lieutenant Colonel Samuel Smith because the lands were part of his property in the 1800s.
A scenic hiking trail along a peninsula on Lake Ontario provides access to the waterfront, and to several rocky beaches with views of the lake or for birdwatching. Thanks! I tend to do a lot of walking in this park, especially during the Spring and Summer, so it's getting harder to find interesting scenes here that I haven't shot before. I really like the way this one turned out, though.

I just had a look through a bunch of yours - not all, since your portfolio is much larger than mine, but the ones I saw were incredible. Followed back.
