Hi, everybody! Toronto-based photographer here, having lived in this city all my life. It's a great place if you like large, busy cities, but I prefer smaller places. Anyway, although my education and work experience has been primarily in math and computer programming and similar subjects, my passions lie elsewhere. Don't get me wrong - if there's a particular problem I'm trying to program a solution to or some menial task that I'm trying to automate, my head gets really into it trying to figure it out, but that's just what I do to pay the bills. That's my hamster, Kiwi. We'd take her on our road trips around the province and let her run around in fields - this particular shot was taken in Rushes Cemetery in Ontario, probably about two hours west of Toronto. Just a minute or so after this picture was taken, she was running around again and almost ran down a gopher hole. Thankfully, I caught her in time!
